Dear Brother Knights,

We will be having our regular monthly business meeting tomorrow night, Monday August 3^rd. This is on our regular schedule of meeting the 1^st and 3^rd Mondays of each month. Here are the details for the meeting:

- Location: St. Benedict’s – Classroom #1 – Upstairs closest to the parking lot (The PLC is set up for the summer musical this upcoming weekend)

- Time: Food will be served at 7:00 PM – The meeting with start at 7:30 PM

We plan on quickly covering the following items at tomorrow’s meeting:

A.  We will cover the highlights from the Grand Knights Meeting

B.  Report on Saturday morning lunch for Catechists

C.  Check on Staffing plan for Summer Play

D.  Sat morning meeting with Vin O'Reilly

E.  Family picnic plan for Aug 29th

F.  Hours log for council

G.  All program chairs have their 4 projects completed

H.  Church Mass Tuesday .... Aug 4th     7:30 PM

I.    Contact list to entire council

J.   First degree schedule/ 2nd degree candidates

K.  Need 4 Knights to head up 4 quarterly State initiatives

Additionally in support of our Priests – Ken Brooke has arranged for a Benediction and Prayers for St. John Vianney's Memorial to be held on Tuesday, August 4th at 7:30PM at St. Benedict. Please see the attached for more information.
