Brother Knights,

Next Monday, May 4th, Fr. Paul will be joining us for our Council Business Meeting to talk about the plans for the new Parish Community Center for St. Benedict.  In addition to Fr. Paul, Bill Cripps who is the developer from Landworks Associates will be there to give the council an overview of what the plans are. 

Due to this, we will have food at 6:30 PM, and will start the meeting regarding the building at 7:00 PM.  This part will last about 45-60 minutes, and we will conduct our regular meeting afterwards. 

Our Council will have the opportunity to be a major player in this exciting project, which will provide all our families with a place to play, worship, and conduct meetings/events.  We will be addressing the uses for the building and field at the meeting.

With the level of involvement we will be having, it’s imperative that ALL Knights in our council attend this meeting so they understand the scope of the project and our involvement.  We don't get many opportunities to have this much interaction with our pastor and this would be a great opportunity for our Knights to listen to his goals and objectives for this project.

Again, I am appealing to ALL Knights to attend this special meeting, even if they have missed prior meetings.  Our council is comprised of about 151 members and I would like for every one of them to try to attend so we can show Father Paul we are truly committed to this effort.
